Xerox Mortgage Services Solution Delivers Customer Satisfaction and Cost Savings

E-Signature Delivers Business Improvements
Guild Mortgage Company, headquartered in San Diego, CA, is benefiting from Xerox’s e-signature solution - a secure and convenient way to sign, store, access and manage the lifecycle of legally binding electronic documents.
Guild is using Xerox’s e-signature to comply with the Real Estate Settlement Producers Act (RESPA) that mandates the tracking and management of disclosure documents within 72 hours. The solution has also helped Guild decrease costs, increase pull-through rate and offer a complete paperless process.

Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors Paves Path to Paperless
Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors (PF&R), the 5th largest residential real estate company in the United States, located in Devon, PA, has also tapped Xerox’s BlitzDocs to take paper out of the enterprise. PF&R uses the software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for their lending, real estate, and title divisions. The web-based solution is providing electronic collaboration that reduces friction across the enterprise and enables real-time visibility into business processes.
"We needed a solution that would be flexible enough to incorporate into all aspects of our business," said Chris Rosati, PF&R’s senior vice president and chief innovation. "BlitzDocs gave us the features we needed to generate immediate business results in a SaaS-based model."
UAMC Wins Information Overload Battle with BlitzDocs
To ease the pain of information overload and increase quality control, Universal American Mortgage Company (UAMC) in Clearwater, Fla., uses BlitzDocs to organize documents electronically – making them available online through a single Web-based shared folder.
BlitzDocs permission controls allow UAMC users to access only the documents they need to review, allowing them to get their jobs done faster. Users can also electronically track where loans are throughout the approval process, eliminating the paper-based copies. Robust web-services integration with their loan origination system provides seamless loan processing and allows UAMC to electronically deliver to multiple investors on the secondary market.
