e-Signatures

Xerox Mortgage Services’ e-Sign capabilities facilitate e-Mortgage initiatives by providing a convenient way to complete mortgage loans without having to sign hard-copy documents. Organizations can now offer signers with a secure, personal environment to execute documents electronically – by simply pointing their mouse to, and clicking on the signature line.

Any stored document can be simultaneously available for review by the signer in an electronic signing room. The signing room supports document review and signing, as well as the ability for a signer to comment on documents. The signing is username/password based and the interface is user-friendly, customizable and supports signing PDF and XHTML files including Category 1 MISMO® SMART Docs®.

These e-Sign capabilities, part of the e-Mortgage Suite, are used primarily for disclosures and closings.
