Process Mapping/Needs Analysis

It is important that the deployment team gain an understanding of your existing processes to ensure the maximum benefit is achieved for your implementation. The ProcessMap session details the inclusion of the BlitzDocs solution into your current process. Individuals from the your project team that are involved in the origination and/or post-closing processes participate in an interactive on-site or on-line session that outlines the enhanced processes you gain when using the new collaborative solution. The information regarding document submission, training requirements, notification processes, and more will be determined and documented. Organizations are able to immediately see both time and cost savings outlined in the redefined business process for efficiency. During the ProcessMap session, we work together to:

  • Define infrastructure requirements and configuration necessary
